Your First Class: The No-Stress Guide

Okay, so you’re thinking about it. Here’s a simple guide to what to do next.

1.     What to Wear: Ditch the expensive new gear. All you need is a comfortable t-shirt, a pair of leggings or tracksuit bottoms, and a good pair of trainers. Comfort is key.

2.     What to Bring: A bottle of water (you’ll need it!) and a small towel. That’s it. We provide the rest.

3.     When You Arrive: Our Kildare classes are held at Kildare CMWS. There's parking available. Come on in a few minutes early and find Joanna.

4.     Say Hello! This is the most important step. Let Joanna know it’s your first time. She’ll instantly make you feel welcome, show you where to set up, and answer any last-minute questions.
