Safe Ways To Deal With Overthinking
Do not be afflicted by imaginary problems
Overthinking can cause unnecessary pain. As Seneca famously stated, "we suffer more in the realm of imagination than in actuality".
Solve problems in the smallest of instances
Minor issues can escalate into major ones when left untreated indefinitely.
Let your life be easier. Take on problems when they're minor and easy to handle.

Consider problem solving as a sport. The challenge is to overcome them.
Concentrate on one issue at one time.

Stress causes anxiety

The problems aren't as bad as you'd think
Many of the problems we believe are large are actually tiny.
If the issue can be addressed in a single day or week, or one month, it's not as major an issue as you imagine.
The problem isn't solved by worrying about it
Doing nothing will not get you closer to finding a solution.
Find the solution that you're seeking and then act to tilt the balance to your advantage.
Most worries never happen
A lot of what we imagine and think about never materializes.
To relax your mind, relaxing makes peace with your thoughts. 90% of your worries will never come to pass.

There's no reason to worry excessively. You're someone who's experiencing anxiety.
Remember that you control your thoughts and not the other around.
Relaxation and meditation show a mind that is busy.
Relax your mind by taking a moment to meditate. Mindfulness is better to solve issues.
